Book List (Children)

PATRIOTISM BEGINS IN THE HOME:

In today’s society many individuals no longer honor our country or the nation’s flag. Sad to say, many don’t know better, some peole just don’t seem to care. Why stand and place your hand over your heart when the national anthem is being sung or the U.S. flag passes by?

What do your children know about our great nation? Don’t leave it up to someone else to introduce patriotism to your children, grandchildren, or other children in your life.

A selection of patriotic book titles for children are listed below for your consideration. The list reflects titles available and parents should decide if they are right for their children. A search of the web or your local bookstore will yield additional results. I encourage you to find suitable materials that will both entertain and give your children knowledge of the great nation of America.

The following titles for children were gathered from Amazon.com. They are not an exhaustive list – there are many other books that can be located on the web or visiting your local bookstore. The Editor does not endorse these books but encourages the parents to select books they want their children to read.
